Optional session / Trauma-informed care
Students bring more to campus than we can see.
A scenario-based session for faculty and student-facing staff to consider how stress, trauma, and unmet needs can affect student engagement. Participants practice supportive responses, appropriate boundaries, and connecting students with help.

Founded by Dr. Iana L. Harris, Intentional Legacy brings together higher education leadership, student support, mentoring, and storytelling to create experiences that connect purpose to practice.
The work is guided by a simple conviction: every person carries gifts and influence. When institutions create the right conditions for growth, people can lead with authenticity, extend grace, and make a lasting impact.
